1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FastTriage platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), either in its free version (FastTriage Free) or paid version (FastTriage Pro), the user agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

FastTriage is a SaaS platform specialized in analyzing triage packages for cybersecurity purposes. It offers two service modes:

  • FastTriage Free: A free service where uploaded information is public and accessible via direct link.
  • FastTriage Pro: A paid service that guarantees data privacy and protection via authentication and enhanced security measures.

3. Use of Uploaded Information

3.1 FastTriage Free

  • All information uploaded in this mode is considered public and can be accessed by anyone with the corresponding link.
  • By using this service, the user consents to the use of the provided data for statistical purposes, service improvement, and development of new features.
  • FastTriage is not responsible for how third parties may use publicly available information in this mode.

3.2 FastTriage Pro

  • Information uploaded in this mode is treated as confidential and is protected through authentication and appropriate security measures.
  • FastTriage commits not to access, use, or disclose the stored information unless required by law or with the user's explicit consent.
  • The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account.

4. User Responsibilities

  • The user agrees to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and not for unauthorized or illegal activities.
  • The user guarantees that they own the rights to the information uploaded and that such information does not infringe on third-party rights.
  • FastTriage reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and content, are the exclusive property of FastTriage or its licensors.
  • The user does not acquire any ownership rights to the Platform and agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from FastTriage.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • FastTriage does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Platform of FastTriage Free. FastTriage Pro is guaranteed to be available 24/7. 99% uptime SLA.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastTriage shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

7. Modifications

FastTriage reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Barcelona, Catalonia.
